He works closely with the stakeholders and the development team, is in charge of project follow-up and is responsible for ensuring that the product is designed and developed according to the needs and desires of the end user.
User experience researcher
Leads interviews, surveys, user testing and identifies problems and new opportunities. Responsible for collecting and analyzing user needs to inform product design teams.

📦 What exactly does a branding project include?
It includes much more than a logo. At Audax we work on the identity from the strategy: purpose, positioning, naming, tone of voice, brand architecture, visual system and digital application. The goal is that the brand works equally well in a dossier, a website or an app.
🔄 What is the difference between branding and rebranding?
Branding starts from scratch, rebranding starts from an existing base that needs to evolve. In both cases we analyze the current perception and define where the brand should go to align with your business objectives.
⚙️ What is your work process like?
We divide each project into three phases: strategy, design and delivery. First we understand the business and its context; then, we build the identity; and finally, we make the final deliverable in a brandboard which is a vertical visual document that is presented in scroll with each of the phases. Once validated, a pdf of style guides is generated for you to have it always at hand.
⏳ How long does a complete branding project take?
It depends on the scope, in more complex projects, such as business groups or brands with multiple divisions, it may be extended a little more.
💰 How much does branding with Audax cost?
Each project is different. We value it according to the scope, the number of applications, type of digital or physical support, number of hours… We always work with a limited and personalized budget, as well as broken down by phases.
What do I receive at the end of the project?
Depending on the agreed budget, we generally deliver brandboard, brand manual, typographies, color palettes, logos…
Does it include a brandbook or manual?
Yes, always. It is the guide that ensures that the brand is used correctly both internally and by third parties.
📱 Is branding also intended for web and networks?
Yes, each identity is designed taking into account its digital use: readability on screens, contrast, adaptation to vertical format and coherence with UX/UI. We do not design brands that only work on paper.
Do you offer post-launch accompaniment?
Yes. Many clients continue with us for digital implementation, campaign management or brand evolution into new products.
🔗 Can you coordinate with other suppliers in the future?
Of course. We usually work with printers, production companies, 3D studios or client’s in-house teams.
🏢 Do you work with startups or only with large companies?
With both. We adapt to the moment of each brand: from startups that need a solid identity to launch, to corporate groups looking for consistency between divisions.
🌍 Can we work remotely?
Yes, most of our projects are managed online. We combine face-to-face meetings when necessary with very agile remote sessions.
🧩 Do you accept collaborations with other agencies or studios?
Yes, as long as there is a shared vision. We collaborate with communication, development or marketing agencies when the project requires it.
©️ Does the final mark belong to me 100%?
Yes, once the project is completed and payment is made, the intellectual property passes to the client. Audax does not retain rights of use.
✏️ How many rounds of changes does the project include?
We normally include two rounds of review per phase (strategy and design). If further changes or new needs arise, they are assessed as scope extension, always with transparency and prior agreement.
📈 Can we expand the project further?
Yes, many clients start with the base branding and, once launched, expand with web, packaging, templates or digital content. The whole system is designed to be able to grow in a coherent way.
⚖️ Do you manage the legal registration of the trademark?
We can guide you through the process and connect you with professionals specialized in trademark and intellectual property registration. We do not directly manage the legal procedures, but we leave everything ready for the registration to be fast and safe.
🏷️ Does it include the naming or creation of the brand name?
No. At Audax we do not develop the naming for legal and trademark registration reasons. The creation of a name involves specific legal processes of verification and protection, which must be done with intellectual property specialists. However, we do advise on the choice or validation of the existing name to ensure that it fits with the defined strategy and positioning.
💡 Do you offer workshops to define the brand?
Yes, we conduct optional workshops to work with your team on the strategic basis of the brand: purpose, values, tone and positioning. These workshops are not included in the branding budget as they are very personalized, but they can be added as a previous phase to define the direction of the project and accelerate the creative process.
